Thankfully we have more options that have less sugar, no artificial sweeteners, and are fortified with ingredients that benefit our health; but these can be expensive. The next time you’re looking for a cold drink, consider making your own at home. This could be as simple as some fruit infused water, freshly juiced fruit mixed with seltzer, or herbs muddled in tea.
