Healthy Shamrock Shake

Equipment: measuring cups, smoothie maker or blender
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
⅓ cup frozen avocado chunks
⅔ cup vanilla greek yogurt
1 cup fresh spinach
½ cup fresh mint leaves (or ¼ tsp mint extract)
½ scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
6-8 oz water
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender or smoothie maker and blend

400 calories, 30 g protein, 55 g carbohydrate, 10 g fat, 11 g fiber, 143 mg sodium. Excellent source of Vitamins B2, B5, B6, B12, C, K, and folate, calcium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, and selenium. Very good source of Vitamins B1, B3, A, E, and zinc.
