Lemon Berry Infused Water

Serves: 1

Estimated (hands on) time: 5 minutes

Equipment: Cutting board, knife, 16 oz glass jar with lid

Ingredients:

1 ½  cups filtered water

2-3 slices lemon

5 or 6 fresh or frozen raspberries

5 or 6 fresh of frozen blackberries

Directions:

Place fruit at the bottom of a glass jar, gently muddle. Cover with lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, to overnight. Strain fruit before serving, and garnish with fresh lemon and berries, if desired.
