Naturally Sweet Fruit Tea

Serves: 1

Estimated (hands on) time: 5 minutes

Equipment: hand fruit juicer, knife, cutting board, 16 oz glass jar with lid

Ingredients:

1 cup filtered water

1 green tea bag

Juice of ½ lemon

Juice of ½ lime

Juice of ½ orange

2 sprigs fresh mint

1 tsp maple syrup

Directions:

Heat water to boiling, place in a glass jar, add tea bag, let steep for 5-10 minutes, and remove the bag.

Juice fruit and add to tea.

Add fresh mint to tea, and muddle gently against the bottom of the jar.

Cover with a lid and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Strain, and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
