10 Minute Black Bean Nachos

Equipment: measuring cup, sheet pan, parchment paper or foil (optional), knife, cutting board, oven
Ingredients:
15-20 corn chips
1 ½ cup 5 minute Chili Lime Black Bean Dip, low sodium canned black beans (drained) ,or low sodium canned refried beans
½ cup no-added-salt canned (drained) or frozen corn(thawed)
½ tomato, chopped (or fresh salsa)
1 oz Queso Fresco (or other cheese of choice)
1 Tbsp sour cream
Other optional toppings: black olives, jalapeno peppers, shredded chicken or cooked ground beef
Directions:
1. Line sheet pan with parchment paper or foil (optional) to make cleanup super fast and easy.
2. Preheat broiler to medium high heat
3. Layer corn chips on bottom of sheet pan, then layer bean dip/beans, corn, tomatoes and other toppings
4. Place in broiler for 1-3 minutes, watching closely. Take out when chips begin to brown and cheese is melted
