5 Minute Midday Home/Office Energizer

Need a midday pick me up? Need to stretch out after sitting for long periods? This 5 minute circuit provides active stretching, strengthening, and energizing exercises that will make you feel better all afternoon!

Complete two or three circuits if you have the time.
Perform a 45 sec to one minute set of each exercise, without rest in between if possible.
