Equipment Needed: 

Mat

Dumbbells: light to moderate, heavy

A box or stable step

Complete each 5 minute circuit without rest, if possible

Bird Dogs - 8-10 ea side

Box Jumps - 16-20

Dumbbell deadlift  with dumbbell row - 16

Kettlebell or dumbbell swing - 45 sec to 1 min
