Goddess Smoothie

Time: 5 min

Equipment:  Traditional Blender or Smoothie Maker

Ingredients:

1 frozen, chopped banana

½ avocado, chopped and frozen (~ ⅓ cup)

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp dark chocolate cocoa powder

8-12 oz Water 

Directions: 

1  Assemble all ingredients and equipment

2  Place all ingredients in blender or smoothie maker and blend until desired consistency (~1-2 minutes) 

Approximate Nutritional Analysis:

530 calories, 13 g pro, 70g carb, 26 g fat, 10 g fiber. Good source of vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, selenium, and zinc.
