Strawberry Avocado Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:

½ cup frozen strawberries

¼ cup rolled oats

¼ cup frozen diced avocado

1 cup almond milk

1 ½ cup fresh baby spinach

¼  cup cottage cheese

1 scoop vanilla flavored pea protein or whey protein isolate powder

1 Tbsp ground flax seed

1 Tbsp chia seeds

6-8 oz water

Directions: 

Mix all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and enjoy

500 calories, 40 g protein, 47 g carbohydrate, 18 g fat, 489 mg sodium, 14 g fiber.
