Kettlebell Swing

Starting in a standing position, hinge at hips, pick up kettlebell with both hands, and drag backwards between your legs. Squeeze glutes and thrust hips forward, allowing momentum to move the kettlebell forward, as you stand tall. This is one rep.

Repeat reps rapidly, keeping neutral spine, chest lifted, all toes on the ground, and head and neck in line with your spine.
