Plank to Side Plank

Starting in elbow plank, rotate onto the left elbow as you draw right shoulder towards the sky. Stacking shoulders on the same plane, place right hand on hip or reach up to the sky. If you need additional support you can place right hand on ground in front of you..

Return to starting position and repeat on other side. This is one rep.
