Tricep Skull Crushers on Stability Ball

Using stability ball as a bench, a dumbbell in each hand, raise hands overhead, directly over each shoulder. Keeping elbows in place, lower hands on either side of your head, as far as they will go. Lift dumbbells back to starting position. This is one rep.
