Ginger Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:

8 oz plain kefir

½ scoop protein powder

½ cup frozen peaches

1 tsp fresh grated ginger (or ¼ tsp ground ginger)

1 frozen banana

8 oz water


Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend 1-2 minutes
