Chest Fly on Stability Ball

Using stability ball as a bench, start with arms overhead with dumbbells together. Keeping slight bend in arms, open arms out to sides, then bring them back together overhead. This is one rep.

If you don’t have a stability ball, you can use a bench, ottoman, or even do the move on the floor.
