Chest / Military Press Combo

Starting in standing position, holding dumbbells, raise arms in front of you to chest level, dumbbells facing each other. Bend elbows at 90 degree angle. Open arms to sides, then press up to the sky. Return arms to shoulder level, press towards each other for one rep.
