Half Kneeling Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press
In kneeling position, extend one leg forward, with knee bent at 90 degree angle, and foot planted on ground for support, dumbbells in each hand. This is starting position. Complete a bicep curl with palms facing each other, then raise hands towards sky in an overhead press. Return to starting position for one rep.
