Reverse Lunge with Bicep Curl

Starting in standing position, step back with right leg, lunging right knee towards the ground. Curl dumbbell to shoulders during lunge. Brace abdominals, keep knees at 90 degree angles during lunge. Push off back foot as you lower dumbbell and return to starting position.
