Five Minute California Ranch Tacos

Ingredients:
2 soft taco tortillas
3 oz pulled chicken breast (found in most deli sections)
1 Tbsp Ranch salad dressing
¼ avocado, sliced
¼ of a red pepper, sliced thin (or jarred roasted red pepper strips)
Romaine, red leaf lettuce, or spinach leaves
Directions:
1. Place chicken in a small bowl, add ranch dressing and mix well.
2. Layer lettuce leaves, red pepper strips, avocado, and chicken in the middle of each tortilla and fold, taco style
